Do not give up on life because of difficulties. Difficulties in life do not come to destroy you, but to help you realize your hidden potential. Let difficulties know you are difficult. Innumerable harsh situations have hindered our efforts to impart prompt medical attention to patients thereby leading them to death. People rescued from streets - filthy in serious condition, rotten with worms, foul-smelling are barred from being admitted to normal hospitals. Cleaning the patients, removing maggots, worms from their wounds is a painstaking & slow process. It is highly essential to administer them pulmonary life-supporting medication at this critical juncture, failure of which can thrust them into a coma. We were helpless in instances where patients succumbed to their wounds due to the apathetic attitude of private hospitals in admitting them.

Transporting patients from our ashram to hospitals viz Dr. D Y Patil Medical College, Nerul, Nair Hospital, and Vashi NMMC is yet another sluggish task consuming more than an hour or two. Hence creating our own hospital facility in our premises blessed with 13 acres of land was the vital need of the hour.

This gave birth to the dream project of “SNEHADOOTH CARE CENTER” which was christened by laying the foundation stone on 10th August 2008. The in-house facility would certainly reinforce our determination in protecting precious lives. Snehadooth envisioned as a well-equipped 100 bedded care center dedicated to the care and comfort of current and future destitute of SEAL Ashram.
