Time bank is a mutual help 'society weaver' bartering time instead of material or financial transactions. The time bank will be managed by a committee on all matters regarding the bank will be final and binding on all members. All legal disputes arising in the bank will be decided in Navi Mumbai jurisdiction. Bank shall maintain a record of the credit and debit of each member and individual account details shall be provided to the member on request.
Details like date of birth (age), gender, skills, time availability and health challenges of each member as provided in the application form shall be recorded in the bank register. A list of members with mobile numbers and details mentioned in item 7 shall be supplied to all members. New additions will be intimated to every member by SMS/WhatsApp or email.
